Whats the difference between health-related and skill-related physical fitness?

Health-related is dealing with the way you eat and exercise and ect.
Skill related is dealing with sports and how strong your body is.

what are the health-related components of physical fitness?

Body composition, Cardiovascular endurance, Muscular strength, Muscular Endurance, and Flexibilty.

What are the skill-related components of phsyical fitness?

Agility, Balance, Coordination, Reaction, Reaction time, Power, and Speed.

Why does a person not have to be a good athlete to be physically fit?

Because even if he/she is not an athlete they can still work out, eat right, and be active.

Why is it important to know your current level of health-related fitness?

Because u can avoid health-related sickness!
